At PinkCherryWholesale.ca, we strive to ensure your business is fully satisfied with every order. If your items are damaged or incorrect, our streamlined return process ensures a quick resolution to keep your operations running smoothly.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • 2.
    Await Authorization

    Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions via email.

  • 3.
    Package Securely

    Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.

  • 4.
    Receive Credit or Replacement

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or dispatch replacement items to your business address.
