What are the requirements to open a wholesale account?
To access our wholesale pricing, you must be a registered business. We require a valid business license or tax ID number during the registration process for verification.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to maintain wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $500 CAD. Subsequent re-orders have a lower minimum threshold of $250 CAD.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by province but generally take between 3-7 business days via our preferred regional carriers.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 15 days of delivery. Due to the nature of wholesale liquidations and health-related products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Orders are processed once payment has been fully cleared.
